07 Add subtitle message
For the subtitle message, we can use “we will email your quote to you.”
08 Add your placeholder text
The input placeholder showcases a short hint showing the field’s expected value. In our example, the input placeholder is “Your valid email.”
09 Button Text
Next is the button text. We can use “send to me” in this example.
10 Thank you URL column
In the Thank you URL column, If you want the popup to direct to a particular URL, you can input the URL where you want it to go. So you can start tracking how users are interacting.
11 Add Trigger
Now, let’s go to the next tab, “trigger.”
Under trigger is where you select which page of your website you want this popup to display.
12 Add Display Trigger
Next, we will look at the “Display trigger.” The display trigger is what triggers the popup. For instance, there is a delay trigger. This triggers a popup after a preset time, starting when your visitors first open the page or website.
Display Triggers are highly important for your popup to work. In other words, if you need your visitors to see your popups, display triggers are crucial for your popups to appear!
13 Add display duration
The next option is “display duration.” How long do you want your popup to stay on the screen when it is triggered? It is set in seconds (10,20,30 secs etc.). If you want it to display forever, you have to insert “-1”.
14 Add Display Position
“Display Position.” This helps control the location of your popup. There are nine different positions – the top, top center, top right, middle left, middle center, middle right, bottom left, bottom centre and bottom right. So it’s up to you to choose where you want your popup to be on the site.
15 Add overlay
This means your popup will cover the entire screen when it is triggered. This is always good for exit intent popups. It’s always good to have an overlay with exit intent so that when the user wants to leave the site, the popup appears, and then it covers it with an irresistible offer.
16 Branding
If you use a free account, you will not be able to remove the brand, but in a paid account, you can remove the branding.
17 Add Display Target Country
The next option is “select display target country .” You can target your popups to appear in specific countries. You can target as many countries as you want. For instance, you want to choose the United States and the United Kingdom. The popup will only appear to website visitors from the two countries. It won’t appear to visitors outside these countries.
Using the display target country feature can further boost your conversion. Showcase country-specific offers that will best interest the specific location according to their culture and other characteristics.
18 Add Referrer
The next option is the referrer. This means “where the visitor is coming from.” Let’s assume you’re running an ad on Facebook. On Facebook, people click your ad and visit your site. You can choose this option to enable the popup to appear only to people who are coming to your website from Facebook.
19 Customize Tab
The next tab is “Customize.” It is where you design the popup to your aesthetic taste.
20 Change Customization
You can make the following customizations:
Subtitle color – This will change the color of the subtitle.
Subtitle font – This will change the font.
Subtitle font size – You can increase or reduce the font size according to your preference
.
21 Add Images and Change Background
The background option can be used to change the image or gradient.
If you want to add an image, you can do it in two ways. The first is by copying an image URL or address from a section of your website. Then paste it into the field provided in the background.
The second option is by uploading the image manually. Click “Upload Image from Gallery Section” and then click choose file, select the image, and upload it.
22 Align or remove border
In the input box, you can change the border or remove it.
23 Customize Button
In the “button,” you can change the button background color to anything you prefer. You can also make changes to the width and font size.
24 Change Animation
Animation is the visual effect you want to popup to have on your site: slide up, fade out, etc. You can choose anyone you prefer or like.
Animation is best used when you want to capture attention, like welcome offers or lead-capture pop-ups. It’s also an effective way to take an otherwise “simplistic” or “basic” promotion and boost its visual appeal and engagement.
25 Add Integration
The next tab is integration.
